St. Mary’s College PPU – Table Quiz
The St Mary's Past Pupils Committee is organising a table quiz to be held in St Mary's Rugby Club on 17th February at 8pm. The PPU President Declan Fanning would be delighted if fellow club members could join us. A table of 4 costs €40 and there will be a raffle and full bar available on the night (nothing like pints on a Wednesday I heard !!).
All funds raised will go directly towards the Holy Ghosts order (CSSp) in Port Au Prince Haiti. Since its earliest days, CSSp has always had a significant presence in Haiti, most notably in the College St. Martial, the leading secondary school. This along with most other things has been destroyed. One seminarian died; other CSSp personnel thankfully survived. The St Mary's PPU would like to do whatever it can to help.
So hope you can join us - get those babysitters organised, the brains warmed up and let me know if you are on for 'different' bit of craic. Promises not to be a late night - we'll have you home by 11pm !!
